INGREDIENTS
2 large chicken breast
Olive oil
Italian seasoning
Pizza dough
Caesar salad dressing
Mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook up chicken breast strips with Italian seasoning and olive oil.
2. Then make some pizza dough, we used a bag of Betty Crocker’s “just add water” dough and it turned out well. Make this into 4 small circles.
3. Spread Caesar salad dressing over the tops. 4. Add in the chicken and top with mozzarella cheese. Spinach would be a great healthy add in too!
5. Fold the dough into a calzone shape and press sides. Bake according to your pizza dough instructions, checking often as times will change slightly.
