What began as a Pork Egg Roll in a Bowl has been through a handful of changes in our home, so we had to come up with a new name for it. Thus Cabbage Stir Fry was born.
1 pound ground turkey
14 oz package of cole slaw (or shredded cabbage)
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
Sriracha for taste
1. Brown turkey in large skillet or wok
2. Add in ginger and garlic
3. Stir in the cole slaw and soy sauce. Cook until cabbage is tender.
4. Serve with rice and sriracha sauce.
