This recipe is perfect for when you don’t have a lot of time time prep dinner, but a lot of time too cook it.
10 minutes to prep and 3-6 hours in a crockpot.
INGREDIENTS
15oz black beans, drained and rinsed
15oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
15oz corn, drained
15oz diced tomato
15oz tomato sauce
15oz slices olives
1 packet of dry ranch mix
2 cups chicken broth
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put it all in the crockpot
2. Set temperature and cook (3 hours for high, 6 hours for low).
3. Optional but highly recommended, make some corn bread to go along with it. Serve and enjoy!
